Services + Pricing



 The pricing is based on calligraphy only, and does not include paper stock or other surfaces. Can provide additional ink colors, paper, acrylic, chalkboard, wood and other materials for an additional fee.


Outer envelope calligraphy includes a full address block & inner envelope calligraphy includes a name line only. Pricing includes black ink, 3 lines plus zip code in standard or diagonal layout. 

Return Address | $1.50 for 2 lines $2.00 for 3 lines

Inner Envelopes | $1.50/ea 

1 line centered on envelope unless other alignment is requested

Outer Envelopes | $2.75/ea

3 lines plus zip code in standard or diagonal layout

Additional Lines | $.35

Additional lines include but are not limited to, additional guest names, children's names, apartment number spelled out on a separate line.


"Day Of" Services

Seating Chart | $110 Setup/Design Fee

Names for seating chart | $1.50/per name

 If using multiple items for seating chart, fees may apply to each

Vows | Start at $50

Addition Signage - Menus, Welcome Signs, Buffet, Dessert Bar, Guestbook, Bar Menu, Signature Cocktails, Programs, Etc.

Since signage can vary due to the size and complexity, please inquire for custom pricing

Escort/Place Card - Name Only | $1.50/ea

Single names or married couples with the same last name

Two separate names | $1.75/ea

Escort/Place Card Name & Table # | $1.75/ea

Single names or married couple with the same last name

Meal Designation | $.20/per card

i.e. rubber stamp, changing ink colors etc.



Add-on Services

 White Glove Service | $.50/each

Includes envelope stuffing of invitation suite, sealing, affixing postage and mailing. Price does not include postage cost. Additional insertions or other assembly can be quoted. Wax seals are an additional cost.



 Metallic/Colored Ink | $.20/Envelope or $.10/Place Card

Any color aside from black

Rush Fees

 In need of a last minute order?  I will certainly do my best to work with and accommodate your needs. Rush fees start at 20% for jobs that have less than a 4 week turnaround and are scheduled over and above the normal work hours.



Menus, Save the Dates, Wedding Programs, Wedding Invitations etc.

How to submit your guest list

Lists can be uploaded and submitted with your calligraphy order if lists are final at the time of booking. Alternatively, you can email your final list to brandy@leycolettering.com. Please be sure to spell check before submitting, and only submit one final list, as changes to your list may result in additional set up fees.

All orders include one round of corrections/additions. After the first round, all additions will be billed at $25 per round to accommodate a new set up of the order.
