THE CONSULTATION

Let’s Chat! Start by completing the inquiry form on the “Contact Page” of the website, and include as much detail as possible. Afterwards, I will then set up consultation to hear all about YOU - your story, your vision and your ideas for your big day. Whether that be via phone call, Zoom, or if you are local to the Dallas area, an in person meeting. This is where you get to tell me all of your ideas, dreams and inspiration that you have!

QUOTE AND TIMELINE

From our initial conversation, I will then be able to provide a rough estimate of timeline, costs, as well as additional ideas. All quotes will be valid for 2 weeks from the initial send date. After that time frame, you will need to reach out once again to confirm availability as well as pricing. Depending on current work load, scope of project and timing, I prefer to have a minimum of 8-12 weeks from our first conversation to the finished product in hand - although typically the process can take longer, the earlier you can begin, the better.

CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT

To officially start the design process, an invoice and contract will be sent out. After which, a deposit of 50% will be required to book Leyco Lettering & Design Studio’s services. As we can only take on a limited number of custom clients per year, spots are only guaranteed once a signed contract and paid retainer have been completed.

CONCEPTUALIZATION

Here is where we get to the fun part - we will discuss in depth, forwards and backwards, every single detail of your thoughts and visions for your design. From there is where we begin to lay the groundwork for our first draft and design board. Timelines can vary, but initial concepts and design boards will be presented within 2-4 weeks. Throughout the entire process, I am there to hold your hand and walk you through every step of the way.

REVISIONS AND FINE TUNING

Overall concepts are now in place and we are getting to the final stages of the design. This is where we will fine tune those little details and make the revisions necessary until everything is *chef’s kiss.* There are 3 rounds of design revisions included in the cost of the custom pricing.

DESIGN CONFIRMATION

Once the design is complete, you will then be sent proofs that we will finalize every single detail until they are given the green light and ready to be sent off to production.

PRODUCTION & FINISHING TOUCHES

Timeline for production can vary depending on design elements and printing process chosen. As we work through the conceptualization and revision stages, we will have a better idea at that time what that will look like for your specific project. We are also here to assist with postage selection, sourcing vintage stamps, invitation assembly and mailing of your invitations at an additional fee.

DELIVERY

Happy Mail Time - Your items will be carefully packaged and either shipped or delivered for those who are local.
